PRICE AND TERMS

Day - 1	Welcome to the World of Vinaayak Holidays. Arrive Kathmandu. Welcome to the World of Vinaayak Holidays. Arrive at Kathmandu the capital city on of Nepal. Kathmandu is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom. Transfer to the hotel and checkin. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. (D)
Day - 2	Kathmandu City Tour. After breakfast, proceed on a city tour of Kathmandu. First visit the Hindu culture in Nepal, Pashupatinath. We then continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, Bouddhanath, with its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage. After completion of these two spots, you will be taken for a visit to Patan also known as Lalitpur. Later, visit Swambhunath the golden spire of the 5th-century. Next, visit the Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. (B, D)
Day - 3	Kathmandu to Chitwan. After breakfast, proceed to Chitwan (180kms - 5hrs). Chitwan is one of Asia\\\'s premier wildlife reserves. Its 360 square miles of tall grasslands and forests are home to a wide variety of mammals and birds, including several endangered species. On arrival in Chitwan proceed to your hotel and checkin.Overnight at hotel in Chitwan. (B, L, D)
Day - 4	Chitwan. After breakfast, enjoy Elephant Back Safari, Canoeing, Jungle Walk and Bird watching. Later, return back to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Chitwan. (B, L, D)
Day - 5	Chitwan to Pokhara. After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (180kms - 4hrs). On arrival in Pokhara proceed to your hotel and checkin. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara. (B, D)
Day - 6	Pokhara City Tour. After breakfast, proceed on a city tour of Pokhara. Visit Davis Fall, Gupteshwar Cave, Bindevasini Temple and Seti Gorge. Later, return to your hotel and checkin. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara. (B, D)
Day - 7	Pokhara to Kathmandu. After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu transfer to hotel. Rest day at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. (B, D)
Day - 8	Return home with Wonderful Memories. After breakfast, checkout early and proceed to Kathmandu Airport with wonderful memories of your vacation with Vinaayak Holidays. (B)

INR 1000 and 500 demonitation Indian Rupee notes are banned in Nepal.

Indian Rupees of the denomination of 500 & 1000 are not a valid tender currency in Nepal.

They are strictly banned - punishable under Nepal law if any one possessing this is found).

Hence no one should carry this.

A valid Indian passport or an election Id is the only valid document for adults (18 yrs & above)

for travel to Kathmandu by Air. For children below the age of 18 years the school or college

id card suffices. The id card should clearly reflect the traveller’s picture, school or college name, date of

birth as well as the class in which the student is studying. Request that this be checked with

Indian Immigration authorities at your end too. This information stands good while writing this mail.

Do update yourself for any changes. This information is correct as of today and cannot

be held liable just in case anyone is not allowed to board or the Govt of India changes the regulations.

WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Any expenses of personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, mini bar, telephone calls, pay channels etc.

• Meals other than what is mentioned in your itinerary.

• Cost of excursions and city sightseeing availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in your tour itinerary.

• Airfare / Train Fare

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On confirmation we would request you to please send us an initial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- per person.
All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Vinaayak Holidays.
Balance payments need to be made 20 days prior to your departure date.
We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category.

POINTS TO BE NOTED

• Passengers will have to travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.

• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.

• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.

• Checkin time at hotel is 14:00 hrs and Checkout time is 11:00 hrs.
