WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
•    Rs. 10,000, cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure and Fare Difference.
•    Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000.
•    No Porterage included.
•    Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Prices quoted are as 1 USD = INR 65. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour. USD card rate on day of final payment will be applicable. Tour Cost will be accepted only in INR.
•    Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, pay TV, mini¬bar, telephone calls, etc.
•    Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “What your Tour Price Includes”.
•    Tips of any nature, i.e., drivers, guides, tour managers, etc.
•    Government Service Tax 3.63 % on entire invoice amount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•    On confirmation we would request you to please send us an initial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of Rs. 45,000/- per person.
•    All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Vinaayak Holidays.
•    Balance payments need to be made 30 days prior to your departure date.
•    We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category.

POINTS TO BE NOTED
• Passengers will have to travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
• Checkin time at hotel is 14:00 hrs and Checkout time is 11:00 hrs.
• The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on November 01, 2015. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.

Important: The dates and granting of Visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Vinaayak Holidays is not responsible for granting of visa and is only a facilitator in the visa application process.

• In case of a triple room, the 3rd person in the room will get a rollaway bed. The room size may be the same as the double room.
