PRICE AND TERMS

Day - 1	Welcome to the World of Vinaayak Holidays! Arrive London. Visit London Eye. Today, meet at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (T2) to check-in 4 hours prior to departure to London. On arrival at the London airport proceed to London Eye for a spectacular bird’s view of the English capital. Later, proceed to your hotel and check in.Overnight at hotel Quality Wembley or similar in London. (D)
Day - 2	Guided City Tour. Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Ferry to The Netherlands. After breakfast, check out and proceed on a guided city tour of London, see the Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, The Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and Tower Bridge. Next, visit the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Later, drive to Harwich and board your overnight cruise to The Netherlands.Overnight on board the Stena Lines Cruise. (B, L, D)
Day - 3	Onto The Netherlands - Visit Keukenhof (till 16th May). Visit Madurodam (after 17th May). Enjoy a canal cruise in Amsterdam. Tour of Brussels. After breakfast, disembark and proceed to Keukenhof Tulip Gardens (till 16th May) in Lisse, 17th May onwards visit Madurodam Model Village, Holland in miniature. Next, visit a clog factory and cheese farm. Later, enjoy a canal cruise aboard a glass topped boat. Later, depart for Brussels. On arrival, proceed on an orientation tour of Brussels. Visit the Grand Place, see the unique Statue of Mannekin Pis. Later, make a photostop at the Atomium. Later, check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel Thon or similar in Brussels.(B, L, D)
Day - 4	Onto Cologne. Visit the Cologne Cathedral. Heidelberg - Visit the Altstadt (Old Town). After breakfast, check out and drive to the city of Cologne where you can marvel at the Cologne Cathedral. Later, drive to the city of Heidelberg. Visit the Altstadt - Old Town and continue on an orientation tour of this historic city. View the mighty ruins of the Heidelberg castle. Later, check in at your hotel. Overnight at hotel Michel or similar in Heppenheim. (B, L, D)
Day - 5	Onto Titisee - Black Forest. Boat ride to the Rhine falls – in Schaffhausen. Onto Switzerland. Visit Lucerne. After breakfast, check out and proceed to the enchanting Black forest region synonymous with the Black Forest Cake and home to the Cuckoo Clocks. Later, drive to Schaffhausen to view one of Europe’s natural wonders – The spectacular Rhine Falls with a boat ride. Later, you drive into Switzerland with a visit to Zurich. Next, proceed to Lucerne. See the Lion Monument and the Kapell Brucke. You also have some free time for shopping. Later, check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel Terrace or similar in Engelberg. Day - 6	(Optional) Jungfraujoch - ¬Top of Europe (3454 mts). (Optional) Visit Trummelbach Falls. Orientation tour of Interlaken. Or Day at Leisure. After breakfast, day is at leisure or enjoy an (Optional) excursion to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. Drive to Interlaken and then to Lauterbrunnen to board the cog wheel train to Jungfraujoch (3454 mts.). Visit the Ice Palace, and the Sphinx Observation Terrace. (Optional) Next, visit the famous Trummelbach Falls. Next, enjoy some free time in the picturesque town of Interlaken, situated between the beautiful lakes Brienz and Thun. Later, return back to your hotel.Overnight at hotel Terrace or similar in Engelberg. (B, L, D)
Day - 7	Mt. Titlis - A landscape close to heaven. Visit Vaduz. Enjoy a mini train ride. Onto Innsbruck - Austria. After breakfast, check out and begin your ascent by the world’s first revolving cable car ¬Rotair on your way up to Mt. Titlis (3020 mts). Later, drive to Principality of Liechtenstein. On arrival in Vaduz, enjoy a mini train ride that takes you around this picturesque town. Next, drive to Innsbruck and experience the charm of this city as you see some intriguing sights like the Golden Roof and St. Anne’s Column on Maria Theresien Strasse, from where you get spectacular views of the Alps. Later, check in at your hotel. Overnight at hotel Bon Alpina or similar in Innsbruck. (B, L, D)
Day - 8	Visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum in Wattens. Onto Venice. Visit St. Mark’s Square. Gondola Ride in Venice. After breakfast, check out and get set for a glittering experience as you visit the Swarovski Crystal Museum in Wattens. Marvel at the display and buy a souvenir for your near and dear ones. Later, drive towards Venice - the city of canals and lagoons. Your tour starts with a boat ride to St. Mark’s Square. See the St. Mark’s Basilica, Bridge of Sighs, the Doges Palace, the Campanile and many more sights. Later, experience this magical city on a Gondola ride. Later, check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel Point or similar in Venice. (B, PL, D)
Day - 9	Visit Ferrari Galleria Museum in Maranello. Florence – City of Medicis. After breakfast, check out and drive to Maranello the home of Ferrari Formula One Racing team. Visit the Ferrari Museum which has a collection of cars, images and trophies of Ferrari’s victories all over the world. Later, drive to Florence. Get a bird’s eye view of Florence from Piazzale Michelangelo. Later, proceed to Rome area and check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel Planet or similar in Rome. (B, L, D)
Day - 10	A guided city tour of Rome. Visit St. Peter’s Basilica – The Vatican. Onto Pisa - See the Leaning Tower of Pisa. After breakfast, check out and enjoy a guided city tour by visiting the St. Peter’s Basilica a renaissance masterpiece. Next, stop at the mighty Colosseum for a photograph, drive past the Victor Emmanuel Monument, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus and many more sights. Visit the spectacular Trevi Fountain, where you may make a wish. Later, drive to the city of Pisa. Visit the “Square of Miracles” and see the legendary Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later, check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel California Park or similar in Pisa. (B, L, D)
Day - 11	Onto Chamonix Valley. Visit to Mer De Glace in Chamonix Valley. After breakfast, check out and drive to Chamonix Valley synonymous with Mont Blanc also known as White Mountain “The Tallest Mountain in the Alps”. Later, visit to Mer De Glace - a Sea of Ice which is the largest glacier in France. Here visit a crystal gallery, a wildlife exhibition, an ice garden and an ice grotto. Later, check in at your hotel.Overnight at hotel Mercure or similar in Chamonix. (B, PL, D)
Day - 12	Visit Geneva - The garden city. Arrive in Paris. Cruise on River Seine. (Optional) Lido Show. After breakfast, check out and drive to the garden city of Geneva, see the United Nations, the International Red Cross Building and the magnificent Jet d’ Eau ¬fountain. Later, depart to the French Capital – Paris and on arrival check into your hotel for a two nights stay. This night, do not miss the opportunity to see The Lido Show (Optional).Overnight at hotel Novotel or similar in Paris. (B, PL, D)
Day - 13	Guided city tour of Paris. Visit the Top level of the Eiffel Tower. Cruise on River Seine. After breakfast, proceed on a guided city tour with an experienced local English speaking guide. Enjoy many sights like the Arc De Triomphe, Concord Square, Opera House, Champs Elysees, Invalides and many more landmarks. Next, visit the Fragnord Perfume Factory. Later, visit the Top level of the Eiffel Tower to enjoy breath – taking views of Paris. Later, enjoy a spectacular cruise on the River Seine.Overnight at hotel Novotel or similar in Paris. (B, L, D)
Day - 14	Return home with wonderful memories. After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Return home with great experiences and wonderful memories of your vacation with Vinaayak Holidays. (B)

WHAT YOUR TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
•    Rs. 10,000, cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group departure dates mentioned in the brochure and Fare Difference.
•    Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000.
•    No Porterage included.
•    Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. Prices quoted are as 1 EURO = INR 71. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour. GBP card rate on day of final payment applicable. Tour Cost will be accepted only in INR.
•    Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us, pay TV, mini¬bar, telephone calls, etc.
•    Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “What your Tour Price Includes”.
•    Cost of Lido Show.
•    Government Service Tax 3.63 % on entire invoice amount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•    On confirmation we would request you to please send us an initial non-refundable, interest free deposit amount of Rs. 60,000/- per person.
•    All cheques / demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Vinaayak Holidays.
•    Balance payments need to be made 30 days prior to your departure date.
•    We shall try our best to confirm the same hotel / airline that we have based our quotation upon. However the same would be subject to availability at the time of confirming your booking. We shall however ensure that we confirm a hotel of similar category.

POINTS TO BE NOTED
• Passengers will have to travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
• For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary, however all the other services will remain the same.
• Checkin time at hotel is 14:00 hrs and Checkout time is 11:00 hrs.
• The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on December 01, 2015. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.

Important: The dates and granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the concerned consulate. Vinaayak Holidays is not responsible for granting of visas and is only a facilitator in the visa application process.

OVERSEAS MEDICAL INSURANCE
It is extremely important to possess an overseas medical insurance policy before you travel on your tour. We have included the cost of overseas medical insurance for the duration of the tour. For any passengers above 59 years of age and those who wish to extend their holiday, additional charges would apply.

Important: All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full paying passengers travelling together. In case there are less than 25 full paying passengers the clients will be given an option of travelling on any another departure date.
